Whatever your team or role, you’re helping grow our people, grow our business and making a lasting impact on the Australian community. You’ll find a culture of connection in our great people and the flexibility to balance work with life outside of it.

About the opportunity As a Fleet Engineering Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting the delivery of strategic fleet engineering projects and initiatives that improve safety, compliance, quality and operational performance across Australia Post's national fleet. Reporting to the Manager, Fleet Engineering, you'll work closely with internal stakeholders across Transport, Operations, Finance, Safety and Procurement, as well as external vendors, repair networks and industry partners. - Collaborate with vendors, repair partners and internal stakeholders to improve fleet performance, safety outcomes and service standards.
- Analyse operational and engineering data to identify trends, investigate issues and contribute to practical solutions and business improvements.
- Assist with compliance, reporting and engineering governance activities while supporting the successful implementation of fleet strategy initiatives. About you You're a curious and solutions-focused professional who enjoys improving processes and solving complex problems. You thrive in collaborative environments, build solid stakeholder relationships and are comfortable working across multiple projects and priorities.

With a strong safety mindset and a passion for continuous improvement, you're able to influence outcomes, challenge the status quo and drive positive change while supporting a culture that puts customers, safety and teamwork first. You’ll also • Have experience within fleet, transport, logistics, automotive, mechanical or engineering environments.
- Demonstrated project coordination, stakeholder engagement and vendor management experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data to identify opportunities and improve outcomes.
- An Engineering qualification (Degree, Diploma or Certificate pathway) and/or relevant industry experience in mechanical, automotive or electrical disciplines. What else is in it for you?
- Bring your whole self to work every day and be met by a welcoming bunch of people who respect and support you • Opportunities for growth and development through formal programs or mentorship • Exclusive team member discounts and offers for more cash in your pocket, evolving policies for flexible working, leave types and access to health and wellbeing resources All walks, one route It takes a lot of us to deliver for every Australian – and it’s important to us that our people behind the parcels reflect the people receiving them. We come from all walks. Different backgrounds, different ages, different genders, different sexualities and different abilities, but we all believe in the same purpose. We welcome people all ages, genders and backgrounds – including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, people with disability, LGBTQIA+ communities, and refugees. We’re a Disability Confident Recruiter, committed to making our hiring process and workplace inclusive and barrier-free. We’re also working hard to remove bias and build a gender-equitable experience for everyone who joins us.
