Harper & Sole is the brand-new dinner experience launching inside the iconic Boot Factory in Coburg. By day, we’re known for our much-loved café — by night, we transform into a warm, intimate dining destination with a modern Australian menu and international flair.

We’re looking for a passionate, confident and hands-on experienced Restaurant Waiter/Waitress to work closely with our Venue Manager in managing the evening service.

Currently Friday and Saturday evenings. (Possibility to expand to further nights.)

This is a unique role offering variety, service leadership, and the chance to help shape a new chapter in Coburg’s food scene.

ABOUT THE ROLE

- Lead evening section service from briefing through to close
- Assist in launching and refining our new night offering
- Ensure smooth service flow, 3 plate carry
- Excellent customer interface, communication and up-selling skills
- Contribute to evening service standards
- A confident and capable leader with hospitality in your DNA
- Minimum 2 years in a similar role
- Proven restaurant experience, vibrant and confident personality
- Calm under pressure,



solutions-focused
- RSA certified (mandatory)
- Bar and Barista experience (advantageous)
- Sound POS knowledge
- Passionate about food, wine and thoughtful service
