Are you an experienced Commercial Site Manager looking totake ownership of diverse construction projects across Sydney?

We're partnering with a well-established commercial builderrenowned for delivering high-quality fit out, refurbishment, D&C; projectsacross the commercial projects including office space, retail, health care, education,hospitality, and industrial sectors. Due to continued growth and a strongpipeline of secured work, they're looking to appoint an experienced SiteManager to lead projects ranging from $2M to $15M.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you'll beresponsible for the successful delivery of commercial construction projectsfrom site establishment through to practical completion. You'll work closelywith clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure projectsare delivered safely on time and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

- Manageday-to-day site operations across commercial fit out, refurbishment andDesign & Construct projects.
- Coordinateand supervise subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel.
- Driveprogramme, quality and safety outcomes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Liaisewith clients, consultants and project stakeholders to ensure seamlessproject delivery.
- Monitorproject progress and proactively resolve site issues.




- Ensurecompliance with WHS legislation and company procedures.
- Deliverprojects on programme, within budget and to exceptional quality standards.

About You

- Minimum3 years' Site Management experience delivering commercial constructionprojects within Australia.
- Provenexperience managing projects valued between $2M and $15M.
- Experiencedelivering fit out, refurbishment and D&C; commercial projects.
- Excellentleadership skills with the ability to manage multiple trades andsubcontractors.
- Strongunderstanding of construction programmes, quality management and WHS.
- Outstandingcommunication and stakeholder management skills.
- Tradequalification or tertiary construction qualification highly regarded.
- Procore,Hammertech or similar software experience
- Experiencedforeman encouraged to apply
