Now Hiring: Store Manager – Busy Fish & Chips Takeaway

Employment Type: Full-time (including evenings and weekends)

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day store operations in a busy takeaway environment
- Prepare and cook fish, chips, burgers, and other takeaway items.
- Lead, train, and supervise staff to ensure high performance
- Oversee food preparation, quality control, and presentation
- Manage stock ordering, inventory, and supplier coordination
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
- Handle cash management, reporting, and rostering

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a fish and chips shop, takeaway, or similar hospitality setting.
- Ability to cook and prepare takeaway food efficiently.




- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
