About the role – Business Development Manager

We are looking for a highly driven, dedicated, and enthusiastic Business Development Manager to join our team in Sydney.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth by:

- Supporting both new and existing customers
- Generating leads and converting them into tangible sales aligned with business objectives
- Increasing market share and enhancing brand awareness across all distribution channels and networks

This is a full-time position, with standard working hours from Monday to Friday.

About you – Skills and Expertise

The ideal candidate will be:

- Highly motivated, self-driven,



and exceptionally organised
- An effective communicator, confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels
- Experienced in sales and business development
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- We’re seeking someone who can build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key accounts, is professional and well-presented, and thrives in achieving set KPIs.
- A passion for coffee and/or a technical mindset would be highly regarded.
