Casual Open Home Co-Host / Sales Assistant — Mermaid Beach ($50–$65/hr)

Pace Property Group is a sole trader agency, run by Adam Stewart, who is selling his own properties, a unit in Mermaid Beach, starting in September and then a house in Benowa, starting in October. Two other properties will go to market next year. Adam is seeking a Sales Assistant/Casual Open Home Co-Host to help him out. He is recent to the real estate sales industry but has managed his own properties as rentals and Airbnbs, for over 20 years. This is a casual position, working alongside Adam, with the opportunity to gain valuable expererience. If you have any experience with open for inspections, this would be a bonus but not essential. You will work alongside Adam, supporting open home viewings and assisting with various administrative and customer-facing tasks. This role is ideal for someone looking to build their career in residential real estate while maintaining work-life balance through flexible, casual arrangements.

Schedule:

- Wednesdays: 9:00 AM – Midday

- Saturdays: 9:30 AM – 11:00 AM
(Paid at a guaranteed 2-hour minimum call-out per session).

- Work from home hours- as requested, at your own pace and time

Responsibilities:

- Manage digital QR check-in and visitor registration at the door.

- Ensure venue security and maintain professional presentation.





- Assist Adam during buyer inspections.

- Maintain FB listings and various online listings

Requirements:

- To apply, you MUST hold a current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate or Licence

- Impeccable personal presentation and communication skills.

- Punctual and reliable for every scheduled Wednesday and Saturday session.

- Co-host open home sessions, welcoming prospective buyers and creating a positive viewing experience

- Help coordinate logistics for open home events, including signage, refreshments and equipment setup

- Reliability and punctuality, with the flexibility to work weekends and occasional weekday sessions

- A professional appearance and confident demeanour

- Basic knowledge of the local Mermaid Beach area and Gold Coast property market (preferred but not essential)
