Athena Home Loans is seeking a Senior Collections Lead to manage end-to-end mortgage arrears from early intervention to late-stage recoveries, including bridging loan defaults. You will drive sustainable outcomes and shape Athena Assist's operational foundations with hands-on leadership.

You will lead in arrears management, collaborate with external partners, and help implement automated workflows to improve customer outcomes in a rapid-moving fintech environment.
