We are looking for an experienced Finishing Foreman to join our construction team working on residential apartment projects in ST ALBANS.
This is a hands‑on role responsible for coordinating and supervising the final stages of construction, ensuring works are completed to a high standard and ready for handover
The Role
You will be responsible for:
- Supervising finishing trades and subcontractors
- Coordinating internal and external works
- Checking the quality of completed works
- Identifying and managing defects
- Making sure trades stay on schedule
- Reading plans and following specifications
- Coordinating apartment and common area finishes
- Working with the Site Manager to complete the project on time
- Ensuring the site is clean, safe and organised
About You
- Experience as a Foreman or Leading Hand in residential construction
- Apartment construction experience preferred
- Good understanding of finishing works
- Reliable and organised
- Robust attention to detail
- Able to manage trades and subcontractors
- Takes pride in quality workmanship
