Baker Bleu is seeking an Operations Manager to lead our growing production and retail operations in Melbourne. The role oversees transport, dispatch, asset management, fleet maintenance, and staff recruitment across Braeside, Hawksburn, Cremorne, South Yarra, Caulfield North and Dandenong.
You will drive efficiency, implement cost controls, and ensure safety standards while supporting rapid growth and expanding store network. Excellent leadership and communication are essential.
