We are seeking a dedicated Front of House (Administration) professional to join the team at Flaming North QLD Pty Ltd in Townsville. This is a full-time position based in our Townsville QLD 4810 location. As Front of House (Administration), you will be the first point of contact for our clients, visitors and staff, playing a crucial role in creating a welcoming and professional environment. This position is instrumental in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office and maintaining the standards of excellence that define our organisation.

Key responsibilities

- Greeting and welcoming clients, visitors and staff with professionalism and courtesy
- Managing the reception desk and answering telephone enquiries with efficiency and accuracy
- Invoicing
- Scheduling and coordinating appointments and meetings
- Maintaining the reception area and common spaces to ensure they are clean, organised and presentable
- Processing mail, parcels and deliveries appropriately
- Providing general administrative support to team members as required
- Managing office supplies and ordering stock levels as needed
- Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information appropriately
- Supporting the coordination of office events and meetings
- Liaising with external parties, including clients and service providers, professionally and courteously

What we're looking for

- Proven experience in a front of house, reception or office administration role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written




- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and office management software
- Professional appearance and manner with a friendly, welcoming demeanour
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a busy environment
- Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Reliability and punctuality
- Customer service excellence and a genuine interest in supporting clients and colleagues
- Preferred: Experience in a similar industry or organisational setting
