Position Summary

We are on the lookout for a dynamic and passionate Customer Relations Consultant to join our team in Melbourne. As a valued member of our team, you will proudly represent Cortina Watch, delivering unparalleled client service in the realm of true luxury. If you have a flair for building strong customer relationships and an unwavering commitment to excellence, this is the role for you.

Responsibilities:

- Demonstrate knowledge of products along with exceptional selling skills and recommendations
- Manage client relationships and satisfaction through excellent sales and after-sales service
- Build and develop a strong client database and maintain valuable relationships with clients




- Assist Assistant/Boutique Manager on the management of the boutique’s security issues and preparation of sales reports and analysis
- Assist the Boutique Manager and/or Assistant Boutique Manager by providing support to ensure the efficient operation of the boutique
- Responsible for stock management, traffic count and boutique maintenance, ensuring the shop floor is maintained to a high standard at all times
- Act as a Brand Ambassador upon appointment
- Contribute and participate actively in Brand-related events
- Induct and guide new joiners
- Processing of credit card & cash payments
- Update of after-sales records/transactions into the system
- Attend sales meeting with internal stakeholders
- Proactively contribute suggestions for in-store activations and sales strategies to drive traffic and sales to the boutique
- Strict adherence to all retail standard operating procedures and security SOPs
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements & Attributes:

- Minimum of 2 years experience working with a luxury retailer.
- Desirable prior experience in high-end fashion, jewellery or watch industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
- Solid digital literacy skills, adept at efficiently using retail systems and platforms.
- Meticulous attention to detail, leaving no aspect unattended.
