Role Description This is a contract, in office Freelance Video Editor role based in Sydney, NSW.

The Freelance Video

Editor will transform raw footage into engaging, polished videos that support clients’ personal brands and marketing funnels. Day-to-day tasks include organizing and reviewing footage, editing video content for various platforms, applying color grading, and adding motion graphics or overlays to enhance storytelling and visual appeal. The role also involves collaborating with content strategists and producers, aligning edits with brand guidelines, optimizing video formats for social and digital channels,



and delivering projects on deadline.

The editor is expected to work closely with the team and clients on-site to ensure feedback is incorporated quickly and final outputs meet quality standards.

Qualifications: Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production for short-form and long-form content.

Ability to perform Video Color Grading to achieve consistent, brand-appropriate visual styles.

Proficiency in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create dynamic titles, overlays, and visual elements.

Experience with industry-standard editing and post-production tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro).

Solid understanding of social media video formats and best practices for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.

Effective communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working with creative teams and clients on-site.

Previous experience in personal branding, marketing content, or agency/studio environments is an advantage.
