Front of House Shift Leader.

At JIMMY’S Burger & Co, we're all about great food, good people and genuine hospitality. We're looking for a Front of House Shift Leader to help lead our team and keep our services running smoothly.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves hospitality, enjoys being on the floor and wants to take the next step in their career. You'll be an important part of the team, helping guide our crew, maintain our standards and make sure our guests have a great experience every time they visit.

About the Role

As our FOH Shift Leader, you'll help lead the team during service and be a key point of contact for both our team and guests.

You'll lead by example, support our team, solve problems as they arise and make sure the JIMMY’S experience is delivered consistently.

What You'll Be Doing

- Leading and supporting the FOH team during service
- Helping run smooth, organised and fun services
- Delivering genuine hospitality and great customer experiences
- Training and coaching team members on JIMMY’S service standards and processes
- Maintaining high standards of service, presentation and cleanliness
- Supporting team members and helping create a positive workplace
- Handling customer feedback and resolving issues professionally
- Helping with opening, closing and day-to-day FOH operations




- Leading by example and keeping a cool head when things get busy

About You

You'll be someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in hospitality and wants to help create a great team environment.

You'll have

- Previous hospitality experience, ideally in a supervisor or senior FOH role
- Strong communication and people skills
- A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service
- Confidence leading and supporting a team
- A excellent eye for detail and high standards
- A positive, caring and supportive attitude
- The ability to stay calm and make good decisions under pressure
- A hands-on approach and willingness to jump in wherever needed
- A desire to learn, grow and develop your hospitality career
- Availability to work a full-time roster including evenings and weekends
