- Picking of fruit using a bike/cart or ladders.
- Packing of fruit in accordance with quality standards.
- Stacking of crates/cartons onto pallets in coolroom environment.
- Labelling and organisation of packaging.
- Weeding, planting, and other general farm/crop maintenance.
- Safe use of vehicles and material handling equipment where required (eg Tractor, Forklift, etc.).
- Cleanliness of workstations/trolleys, including any equipment used.
- Perform other duties as directed by management.
- Comply with company WH&S; standards and policies.

All applicants must be physically able to carry out the required duties, this includes being able to stand for extended periods, lifting cartons, and repetitive physical tasks. Hourly pay and other employment conditions are in accordance with the Horticulture Award 2020. State date: October 2026.

$66,295 p.a Hourly rates: $33.55 p.h Level 4: Annual: $68,686 p.a Hourly rates: $34.76 p.h Level 5: Annual: $72,737 p.a Hourly rates: $36.81 p.h Available Positions: 50 Estimated Start Date: 20/07/2026 You may have the opportunity to progress through the above levels based on role availability, aptitude for the tasks, prior attendance and performance record.
