This is a critical role where you'll be instrumental in designing, developing, and optimising end-to-end solutions, from high-performance backend systems to responsive user interfaces.

Architect and develop high-performance, data-driven user interfaces using modern frontend frameworks like React or Vue.js.

Build and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Go (Golang), with a focus on concurrent and distributed programming.

Optimise applications for speed, scalability, and efficiency, identifying and resolving bottlenecks in high-throughput environments.

Champion advanced engineering practises, including event-driven architectures (e.g., Kafka) and containerised deployment patterns.

Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers,



and other engineering teams to translate complex business requirements into seamless technical solutions.

Work with cloud-native technologies like Docker and Kubernetes to ensure smooth deployment and scaling.

Proactively troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the entire stack.

Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle, from initial design and architecture through to deployment and maintenance. What You'll Bring

3+ years of progressive hands-on experience as a Full Stack Engineer, with a focus on building and scaling high-performance applications.

Proficiency in a modern JavaScript frontend framework (React or Vue.js strongly preferred).

Strong experience with backend development using Go (Golang).

Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Redis), and experience optimising data models for performance.

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS strongly preferred), including advanced services related to serverless computing, databases, and messaging services.

Proficiency with containerisation and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.

Proven track record of implementing and advocating for GitOps principles and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) is highly desirable.

Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of clearly articulating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
