We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Engineer to join their dynamic team. This is a critical role where you'll be instrumental in designing, developing, and optimising end-to-end solutions, from high-performance backend systems to responsive user interfaces.

What You'll Do

- Architect and develop high-performance, data-driven user interfaces using modern frontend frameworks like React or Vue.js.
- Build and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Go (Golang), with a focus on concurrent and distributed programming.
- Optimise applications for speed, scalability, and efficiency, identifying and resolving bottlenecks in high-throughput environments.
- Champion advanced engineering practises, including event-driven architectures (e.g., Kafka) and containerised deployment patterns.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers,



and other engineering teams to translate complex business requirements into seamless technical solutions.
- Work with cloud-native technologies like Docker and Kubernetes to ensure smooth deployment and scaling.
- Proactively troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the entire stack.
- Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle, from initial design and architecture through to deployment and maintenance.

What You'll Bring

- 3+ years of progressive hands-on experience as a Full Stack Engineer, with a focus on building and scaling high-performance applications.
- Proficiency in a up-to-date JavaScript frontend framework (React or Vue.js strongly preferred).
- Strong experience with backend development using Go (Golang).
- Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Redis), and experience optimising data models for performance.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS strongly preferred), including advanced services related to serverless computing, databases, and messaging services.
- Proficiency with containerisation and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Proven track record of implementing and advocating for GitOps principles and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) is highly desirable.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of clearly articulating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
