Full time/ Casual Wait Staff

JAPASU by Sang is an independently owned Japanese restaurant in Zetland, built on genuine hospitality, exceptional food and warm, professional service. We're a close-knit team that takes pride in doing things properly and creating memorable experiences for every guest.

We're looking for a passionate and reliable Full-Time & Casual Wait Staff member to join our team.

We're not looking for someone to simply fill a position. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys hospitality, works hard, takes pride in delivering exceptional service and wants to grow with us.

What we're looking for

- Previous experience in a restaurant environment
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, organised and able to perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Bar experience is highly regarded
- Wine, sake and cocktail knowledge is highly regarded, but not essential (full training provided)
- Immediate Start available!
- Must have valid Australian working rights with no restrictions & hold a current NSW RSA

Please note: For a Full-time position, salary will be negotiated based on your experience, capability and the appropriate Hospitality Award classification for your role. For a Casual position, full availability on Friday & weekend is a must and your hourly rate will be accorded to the Hospitality Award classification.
