We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Full-Time Educational Leader to join our team at Mini Masterminds Bexley (96-place centre).

About the Role

As Educational Leader, you will play a key role in driving educational excellence across the centre by mentoring educators, guiding curriculum development,



and promoting best practice in early childhood education.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will work alongside educators to support high-quality programming, inspire continuous improvement, and ensure every child receives meaningful learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor educators through on-the-floor coaching and qualified support
- Guide curriculum planning, programming, and documentation in line with the EYLF
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and reflective practice
- Support educators in delivering engaging, play-based learning experiences
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and the wider community
- Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and all relevant legislation
