Solid garden or landscape maintenance experience
Good horticultural and plant knowledge
Strong pruning, hedging and general garden-care skills
Confidence using garden maintenance tools and equipment An eye for detail and presentation A reliable and proactive approach
Good communication and teamwork skills

Reliable transport to get to HQ A horticultural qualification is highly regarded, although experience, attitude and the right team fit are just as important. Benefits
Ready for Something Better? If you’re happy staying hands-on, there’s plenty here to enjoy. But if you’re looking for the next step in your career, the opportunity is there to take on more responsibility and potentially lead a maintenance crew of your own. If you’re an experienced gardener looking for quality work, good people and somewhere you can build a long-term career, we’d like to hear from you.
