This role will play a pivotal part in building the delivery capability, governance, operating rhythms and strategic partnerships that enable Technology to become a truly outcome-focused enterprise function. Working alongside the Group Executive Technology and senior business leaders, you'll drive the evolution of our technology delivery model, strengthen enterprise execution and create the conditions for high-performing teams to deliver lasting impact for customers, schemes and communities across NSW.

About the role This is a rare opportunity to influence technology delivery at enterprise scale. You'll lead the function responsible for Technology Delivery & Planning, bringing together delivery governance, workforce strategy, operational performance and capability uplift into one integrated approach. You'll establish the frameworks, disciplines and partnerships that enable Technology to deliver strategic outcomes with greater speed, transparency and confidence.

Leading a multidisciplinary team of delivery, planning and operational professionals, you'll combine strategic leadership with operational excellence to drive organisational maturity and transformation. You'll be equally comfortable shaping executive investment discussions as you are building the systems and capabilities that enable teams to perform at their best. capacity and delivery priorities with organisational strategy. Build the future delivery organisation through workforce planning, capability development and modern ways of working. Establish contemporary governance, delivery disciplines and performance frameworks that enable successful enterprise execution.

What you'll do Lead the transformation of Technology Delivery & Planning, shaping the strategy, operating model and capabilities needed to deliver enterprise priorities. Establish contemporary governance, planning and performance frameworks that improve delivery transparency, accountability and outcomes. Partner with executive leaders across Technology and the business to align investment, capacity and delivery priorities with organisational strategy.

Drive workforce strategy, capability uplift and modern ways of working to build a high-performing, future-ready Technology function. Provide enterprise oversight of delivery performance, risk and operational effectiveness while leading high-performing teams through significant change.

What you'll bring Significant senior leadership experience driving technology delivery, transformation and enterprise change within large, complex organisations. A proven track record leading large-scale technology and business transformation programs that deliver tangible organisational outcomes.

Experience building modern delivery functions,



embedding contemporary ways of working and uplifting organisational capability. Strong strategic, commercial and stakeholder leadership skills, with the ability to influence at Executive and Board level. A passion for building high-performing teams and translating technology investment into meaningful business and customer value.
