With a strong reputation for technical excellence and long-standing relationships across utilities, contractors, and asset owners, the business is now seeking to appoint a General Manager to lead the next stage of national expansion.

Reporting into executive leadership, the General Manager will lead the overall performance and growth of the consultancy.



The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on commercial engagement across key clients and projects.

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

- Define and execute the growth strategy for the business as it scales nationally.
- Identify opportunities across utilities, energy infrastructure, resources, and industrial markets.
- Ensure the organisation remains positioned at the front end of major infrastructure and energy projects.

Commercial & Client Leadership

- Build and maintain senior relationships with asset owners, utilities, EPC contractors, and infrastructure developers.
- Drive revenue growth and pipeline development across multiple market segments.
- Position the business as a trusted engineering partner within complex infrastructure environments.
