Key Responsibilities

- Take a hands-on leadship role in the pre-opening program, operational mobilisation and transition into full operation.

- Establish operating standards, policies, procedures, service frameworks and departmental plans.

- Develop the organisational structure and recruit, onboard and mentor the executive leadership team and broader workforce.

- Oversee operational readiness, including technology, suppliers, training, service rehearsals and opening preparations.
