The Role

- This is a lead-from-the-front role. You aren't sitting back on a clipboard—you’re on the floor setting the standard, guiding the crew, and stepping in whenever needed.
- Lead Quality Cleans: Supervise and work alongside teams delivering high-end commercial, periodic, and bond cleaning.
- Get Hands-On: Comfortable operating cleaning gear (carpet extraction, pressure washing, floor scrubbers) and staying active throughout your shift.
- Regional Flexibility: Willing to work across sites in Moranbah and our sister operations in Mackay.
- Shift Adaptability: Flexible to lead across day and night shift schedules.
- Drive Results: Keep site safety, quality standards, and client satisfaction at an all-time high.

What You Bring

- Proven supervisory, team lead, or senior cleaning experience.
- A strong, hands-on work ethic—you love getting things done right.
- A valid Driver’s Licence (essential for operating company vehicles).
- High safety awareness and an eye for quality detail.
- The right to work in Australia.
