Are you looking to build a rewarding career in property management? At Cara Bergmann Properties, we're searching for an enthusiastic and organised Leasing Consultant / Property Management Assistant to join our growing team.

This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll work closely with our experienced Property Managers, providing exceptional service to landlords and tenants while gaining exposure to every aspect of residential property management.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Conducting open homes and welcoming prospective tenants.
- Meeting and assisting prospective tenants throughout the leasing process.
- Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Assisting with rental appraisals and attending appointments with prospective landlords.
- Coordinating the preparation of properties before they go to market, including organising photography, cleaning, maintenance, staging and compliance requirements.
- Supporting our Property Managers with the day-to-day management of a portfolio.
- Completing Entry Condition Reports (ECRs), Exit Condition Reports and routine property inspections.
- Coordinating maintenance requests and communicating with trades.




- Processing invoices, maintenance work orders and owner payments through Managed App.
- Assisting with administration, lease documentation and ensuring compliance with legislation.

What We're Looking For:

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- The ability to multitask and work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment.
- Confidence working independently and as part of a supportive team.
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
- A current Real Estate Registration Certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
