One of Melbourne's top commercial landscape companies has secured a strong amount of work to finish off 2026 and is looking to hire another Foreman for the business.

- Must have a Certificate III in Landscape Construction
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Foreman
- Projects located in the North and West of Melbourne

Woods & Co has partnered up with one of Melbourne's top commercial landscape companies who works heavily in the North & West suburbs of Melbourne, the client is well-established in the commercial landscape sector and has a strong pipeline of work to finish off the rest of 2026. The client is now seeking a Foreman to join the team.

What do you do?

As a Foreman you will play a key role in overseeing commercial projects from start to finish. Reporting to the Project Manager & Construction Manager, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, to the highest standards, and in line with client expectations.





- Supervise and coordinate in office teams and subcontractors
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and materials
- Ensure compliance with OH&S; regulations and best practices
- Oversee and actively assist onsite with all aspects of landscape construction, including paving, brickwork, retaining walls, irrigation, lighting, soft works, and drainage
- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members

What do you need?

- Certificate III in Landscape Construction (or equivalent qualification)
- Minimum of 3 years of Foreman experience working across commercial landscape projects
- Proven ability to manage staff and subcontractors effectively
- Strong technical knowledge across all landscaping disciplines
- A proactive approach with excellent communication and organisational skills
- Familiarity with OH&S; requirements in the construction industry.
