A unique and exciting opportunity has become available in our dealership. This position is full time, Monday to Friday and consist of duties in both our Sales and Service departments.

As a key role to the business, the successful applicant must ensure Dealer Standards and the highest level of guest experience is maintained at all times with impeccable guest service skills, attention to detail and professionalism.

To be successful in this role, you will need to display:

- Exceptional attention to detail
- Friendly & approachable manner with exceptional guest service
- Superior communication skills (verbal and written)

Your responsibilities will include:





- Answer all incoming calls, respond to emails & general reception and administration duties
- Meet and greet all guests ensuring they are promptly attended to
- Ensuring showroom and service reception is kept to the highest level of cleanliness & abiding by our company OHS and behavioural standards at all times
- Ad-Hoc tasks to support Sales Consultants and Service Advisors
