A modern, purpose-built medical centre in the beautiful coastal community of Port Stephens is seeking a General Practitioner . This DPA and MMM4 approved location is suitable for both VR and non-VR GPs , including international medical graduates and those subject to moratorium requirements.

Locum opportunities are also available . The centre is a mixed-billing practice with consistently high patient demand, caring for a mix of self-funded retirees and a growing number of young families. The health hub features 12 consultation rooms, a three-bed treatment facility, and two procedure rooms.

There is also a satellite site in a nearby community, where doctors have the flexibility to split their time. The practice is supported by a strong team of ten experienced nurses across both locations, who provide full Chronic Disease Management (CDM) support, assist with skin procedures, and conduct in-home health assessments for elderly patients. A large administrative team of 13 staff ensures efficient day-to-day operations.

On-site allied health services include a pharmacy, radiology,



pathology, and a speech pathologist. Practitioners benefit from strong collaboration and ongoing clinical support, with a welcoming culture that includes regular team meetings and team-building activities. The practice is a registrar training facility with supervisor opportunities available.

Doctors are offered clinical autonomy as independent contractors with adaptable working arrangements.
