- Year 1: Explore Your Potential: Gain diverse experience through rotations across various specialty areas of mental health, including: addictions, adolescents, psychiatry, perinatal and eating disorders.
- Year 2: Focus Your Expertise: Tailor your development year to your chosen specialty, receiving dedicated mentoring and support to refine your skills and advance your career.

Qualifications

- Have completed or are on track to complete your Diploma in Nursing.
- Eligible for AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse by February 2027
- Hold valid Australian work rights.
