Year 2: Focus Your Expertise: Tailor your development year to your chosen specialty, receiving dedicated mentoring and support to refine your skills and advance your career.

New Farm Clinic is a dedicated mental health facility where graduates can develop specialist mental health nursing skills in a supportive and welcoming environment.



You'll receive on-site education and training while working alongside experienced mental health clinicians, giving you the support and guidance to build your confidence from day one. You'll gain valuable experience caring for a diverse range of patients experiencing mood disorders, anxiety, eating disorders, PTSD, addictions and other acute mental health conditions.

We understand how important your first 12 months of nursing are, which is why we’re committed to supporting your professional development and helping you build a strong foundation for your nursing career.

Qualifications

Have completed or are on track to complete your Diploma of Nursing

Eligible for AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse by February 2027

Hold valid Australian work rights.
