The Opportunity The Graduate Research

Analyst supports the Customer Development Manager by providing high‑quality research, data analysis, and insights that inform strategic decision‑making across the business. This 24-month program will involve working closely with key stakeholders, including the Finance Manager for day‑to‑day guidance and development, the General Manager for strategic insight and exposure to leadership decision‑making, and broader teams across the business, this role is ideal for an analytical and curious graduate who enjoys working with data, exploring trends, and presenting clear, concise findings to senior stakeholders. You will gain exposure to executive and board‑level reporting while building strong foundations in commercial and financial analysis.

What you'll get to do

Analyse sales, cost, and margin data to understand business performance

Build and update reports, dashboards, and spreadsheets

Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis

Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and industry benchmarks

Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly reports, including visuals and summaries

Ensure data is accurate, consistent, and clearly presented for senior leaders

Maintain key performance metrics (KPIs) and reporting trackers





Provide ad-hoc analysis to support the Finance Manager and General Manager We'd love to meet you if you have

Recent graduate (or soon-to-be graduate) in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Commerce, or a related discipline.

Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy, structure, and clarity.

Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills

Advanced proficiency with Excel and an understanding of data visualisation tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau, etc).

Solid organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines.

Explicit and concise communication skills, both verbal and written.

Experience with research methodologies or university research projects.

Exposure to SQL, Python, or other analytical tools (advantageous, not required)

An interest in market trends, consumer behaviour, or business strategy.
