Role Description The Greenskeeper role at Turf Pro Renovations is a full-time, on-site position based in Sydney, NSW. The Greenskeeper is responsible for the daily care and maintenance of natural turf surfaces, including mowing, edging, fertilizing, and monitoring turf health. The role involves operating and maintaining turf care equipment, assisting with irrigation adjustments and basic repairs, and supporting renovation projects such as aeration, topdressing, and turf recovery.

The Greenskeeper will work closely with the turf specialist team,



follow maintenance schedules, adhere to safety procedures, and help ensure that sports fields and open spaces meet performance and presentation standards.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess practical skills in mowing and general landscape maintenance.

Candidates should possess knowledge of irrigation systems and basic irrigation troubleshooting.

Candidates should possess experience working with natural turf and an understanding of turf health.

Candidates should possess skills in turf management, including fertilization, pest/disease awareness, and seasonal maintenance planning.

Candidates should possess the ability to operate and maintain turf care equipment safely and effectively.

Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Candidates should possess good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

A relevant qualification or experience in sports turf, horticulture, or groundskeeping is beneficial; a valid driver’s license is preferred.
