BETTERGROWALL PTY LTD About the Role PB11 Barber Lounge is a premier, high-volume male grooming hub located in Truganina. We are seeking a qualified Hairdresser to join our growing team.

This position is fully male-focused, blending premium hairdressing techniques with modern barbering. If you have a great attitude, excellent customer rapport, and a sharp eye for detail, you will fit right in with our team to deliver top-tier services in a fast-paced commercial environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

Sit down with every guy who walks in, chat about what he’s looking for, and give solid advice on the best style and products for his hair.

Spend most of the day cutting men's hair, using scissors, clippers, and razors to clean up everything from classic cuts to sharp skin fades and tapers. Handle hot towels, shaves, and beard trims, making sure everything is shaped up perfectly and kept totally clean and hygienic. Mix and apply colors, bleaches, or texturizers whenever a client wants to change up his look or try a new style.

Jump on the basin to wash hair, condition scalps, and give clients a relaxing head massage before they get into the chair. Listen to what a guy wants and help him style it, whether that means molding it into place, braiding it, or working with different textures. Make sure the chair, tools, and clippers are always spotless and sanitized before the next person sits down.





Help out at the front desk by booking appointments, welcoming guys as they walk through the door, and handling the till.

Skills and Experience

- Must hold a formal Diploma in Hairdressing.
- Relevant, hands-on shop experience in a high-volume hair salon or barbershop environment.
- Strong proficiency in advanced men's hair design, precise scissor work, and clean clipper techniques.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a natural ability to build rapport with local clients.
