Due to rapid growth, we’re looking for property Insurance Claims Administrators to join our dynamic team on the Gold Coast. Insurance claims management experience is not a requirement, we provide full training! This is an entry level all rounder role where you will learn and grow across multiple areas of our business.

The Role

As an Claims Administrator, you’ll act as an allrounder within our high performing business. You will go where you are needed most whether that is client contact, new enquiries support or claims support. After completing training and development, your responsibilities will include:

- Filling in for team members on leave or absent

- Responding to current storms as our 'Rapid Response' team member

- Supporting leaders with admin tasks

- Supporting customers with claims enquiries

- Answering phones,



responding to emails and general admin duties.
