Food & Beverage All Rounder (Floor & Bar)

WE'RE HIRING FOOD & BEVERAGE ALL ROUNDERS

Birdrock Bar & Grill is a coastal dining and cocktail venue, and it's part of a full food and beverage operation that also runs functions, weddings, conferencing, in room dining and daily breakfast service. We are looking for enthusiastic, guest focused all rounders.

What you'll be doing

- Welcoming and looking after guests across the restaurant, bar and function spaces
- Taking food and beverage orders and delivering accurate, timely service
- Preparing and serving alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages, including cocktails
- Setting up, running and packing down functions, conferences and events
- Keeping bar, dining and function areas clean, tidy and well stocked
- Handling cash and processing payments accurately
- Following all health, safety, food safety and licensing requirements

What we're looking for

- Previous experience in a bar, restaurant, functions or hospitality role
- Strong communication skills and a friendly,



skilled manner
- Ability to work well in a team and use initiative when working solo
- Good time management and the ability to juggle changing priorities
- A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
- Flexibility across day, evening, weekend and function shifts
- Cocktail experience highly regarded
