Health and Aged Care Professionals is recruiting for a Clinical Care Manager in NSW to oversee clinical care across a 100+ bed aged care facility. You will lead and mentor registered and enrolled nurses and care staff, and work with the Residential Manager to implement comprehensive care plans.

You will ensure regulatory compliance and high standards of care while liaising with external providers and families, reporting to the Facility Manager.
