Access Telehealth is seeking experienced casual Registered or Enrolled Nurses to support Residential Aged Care Homes in Wanneroo. The role focuses on comprehensive geriatric assessments conducted in office, with decisions impacting resident care.

You will gather history, confirm records, assess ADLs, cognition, nutrition, falls, medications, and escalate concerns to ensure timely intervention. This role is highly autonomous and requires strong clinical judgement and effective communication.
