What you'll be doing:

- You'll receive full training and support on your sales development pathway
- Proactively sourcing candidates and managing your processes




- Seeking out and building relationships with new and existing clients to identify recent roles
- Manage the end to end recruitment process - arranging interviews, salary negotiation and closing
- Organise and attend candidate and client meetings
- Attend industry events and meet ups representing yourself and TRG
- Become an expert in one of our technology markets
