Payworx is seeking experienced Mental Health Support Workers in Wollongong to assist NDIS participants with complex mental health needs. The role covers Community Participation and SIL home settings, with casual employment and flexible rosters.

The ideal candidate is compassionate, proactive and able to work well in agile environments. Applicants should have at least 2+ years of mental health experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to follow care plans.
