About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Grounds Maintenance & Exterior Cleaning Crew Member to join a growing team servicing residential and commercial properties across the Gold Coast and surrounding areas.

This is a hands-on, mobile role where no two days are the same. You will work alongside a small, supportive crew carrying out a variety of outdoor maintenance tasks while delivering excellent service to clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Pressure cleaning driveways, pathways, buildings and outdoor surfaces
- Gutter cleaning and general exterior property maintenance
- Basic grounds maintenance, including mowing, edging, whipper snipping, weeding and general property tidy-ups
- General property tidy-ups to maintain clean and well-presented outdoor spaces
- Operating pressure cleaning equipment and outdoor power tools safely
- Travelling between client sites throughout the Gold Coast




- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer service
- Following workplace health and safety procedures at all times

About You

Essential

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail
- Current Driver's Licence
- White Card (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work independently and within a small team
- Commitment to workplace health and safety

Desirable

- Experience in pressure cleaning, gutter cleaning, grounds maintenance, landscaping, or a similar trade
- Experience operating outdoor equipment and machinery
- First Aid or Working at Heights training (or willingness to complete training)
