Onside protects the world's food supply.

Somewhere in HubSpot right now, a deal is going quiet and no one's noticed yet. That's the gap you close - not by working harder, but by building the systems that catch it before it becomes a loss.

You'll sit at the centre of the commercial engine: Marketing, Sales, Partners and Customer, all running through the architecture you own. You're building the system that lets a company built on relationships run with the rigour of the best SaaS businesses in the world. In order to protect the world’s food supply.

What you'll own

- HubSpot end to end. Pipelines, lifecycle stages, the data model and the taxonomy across Marketing, Sales, Partners and Customer
- The go-to-market stack. Audit what exists, decide what it should be, then build it. HubSpot is the spine and stays. Most of the rest is genuinely open to you
- Forecasting and revenue intelligence solid enough to plan a quarter against
- Automation across the commercial funnel. Lead routing, scoring, enrichment, handoffs, and proposal and contracting workflows
- One process running end to end from marketing through to support, with alerts when something stalls and reporting that explains what is stuck and why
- Deal qualification living inside the CRM rather than in a slide deck, so the team can see what happens next at every stage
- The systems that connect Marketing, Sales and Customer around one account experience, turning product usage into signals for expansion and retention
- Integrations across HubSpot, ChargeBee, Traction, Cradle and Pendo, plus whatever comes next
- Market sizing and territory design as Onside move into new segments and new markets

Who thrives here

You don't need an AgTech background. What matters is whether you have owned a CRM's architecture,

rather than worked inside one someone else designed.

- Real HubSpot depth. Architecture rather than administration
- Fluent in automation and APIs, whether that is Make, Zapier, n8n or working directly against the API
- You think in data. You can model it, clean it, forecast on it, and tell when a number isn't right
- You have removed manual work before and made a team measurably faster
- You teach yourself. Something you have never touched lands on your desk on Thursday, and by Monday you have worked it out and built it, because you wanted to
- You value real feedback and coaching, and you act on it

The company

Onside is data and operational software built for agriculture. They help farms, agribusinesses, contractors and processors know who's on-site, track movement across properties, and manage biosecurity and health and safety risk, at enterprise scale.

Every check-in, every site visit, every movement builds a record that didn't exist before. That data - and the network of farms and businesses it connects - is what makes Onside valuable, and it grows every day.

How they work

Onside are a championship team built on connection, clarity, and confidence — ranked 38th on the Deloitte Quick 50 (2025) and named to Forbes Asia's 100 to Watch (2025). Strong momentum, ambitious targets, no plans to slow down.

Four days a week in the Melbourne office. They're office-first on purpose — the best work and the strongest relationships happen in the room together. AI tools built into how they work. A connection and capability fund for genuine growth. Strong company rhythms so everyone has visibility on what's happening. A fast personal growth trajectory. A parental leave policy they're genuinely proud of.

Join Onside to protect the world’s food supply.
