About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Guest Service Agent (GSA) to join our team on a casual , part-tiem or full-time basis. This role requires prior front office experience and involves not only guest services but also assisting with our breakfast buffet and evening wine bar service.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide a warm welcome and high-level service to all guests

- Handle check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with professionalism

- Assist guests with reservations, special requests, and local recommendations

- Manage phone calls, emails, and booking systems efficiently

- Assist with the breakfast buffet, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for guests

- Help with the evening wine bar service, creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere





- Work collaboratively with housekeeping and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience

- Maintain a high standard of presentation and professionalism at all times

What We're Looking For

- Prior experience as a Guest Service Agent (GSA) in a hotel is essential

- Minimum 2 years of Guest Service Agent experience is required

- Solid customer service and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Experience in food & beverage service is desirable but not essential

- Proficiency in hotel management systems and Microsoft Office
- A proactive and positive attitude with a commitment to excellence

- Australian work rights are required for this position
