We are looking for an experienced Head of Group Finance ANZ to lead financial operations across Australia and New Zealand.
This senior role will support business performance, strengthen financial governance and help shape the future of the finance function.
About the role Reporting to the GM - Group Finance & Procurement ANZ, you will lead key finance areas including Financial Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis, Accounts Payable, Credit, Working Capital and Enterprise Reporting. You will partner with senior leaders, improve finance processes and work with managers and functional teams in a fast-paced, growing business. What you will be doing Lead month-end close, forecasting, reporting, audit, compliance and working capital activity.
Oversee financial accounting, statutory reporting, controls, tax compliance and audit readiness.
Partner with senior leaders to support decision-making, business cases and performance outcomes.
Drive finance improvement through better processes, reporting, systems and data.Lead, coach and develop finance leaders and teams across ANZ. About you You are a commercially minded finance leader with solid technical capability, sound judgement and the confidence to influence senior stakeholders. To be successful, you will bring:
CA, CPA or CIMA qualification, with a relevant tertiary qualification.
Senior finance leadership experience in a complex or high-growth environment.
Strong experience across financial accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, working capital and finance operations.
Strong understanding of controls, compliance, audit and statutory reporting requirements.
Experience improving finance processes, systems, reporting and team capability. Why join TTI?
