diverse teams of engineers and leaders. Alongside the Head of Engineering, you will shape technical direction and partner with business stakeholders to solve complex problems. Your work helps ensure our People & Engagement systems are robust, well designed and deliver a solid user experience.

- 10+ years’ of Domain architecture experience in the People & Engagement (Human Resources) domain
- Strong experience in designing solutions at an Enterprise level, including building cloud-native, full stack solutions
- Experience working with engineering teams, including engineers, lead engineers and engineering managers
- Strong knowledge of designing and building AI and API-first services with a focus on scale, reusability, security and reliability
