With a strong foundation in place and significant investment in technology, the business is looking for a strategic technology leader to help shape its future direction. Reporting directly to the Executive Leadership Team, you will play a key role in driving digital transformation, uplifting capability and establishing a contemporary, future-focused technology function.

Your new role

As Head of Digital, you will be responsible for developing and executing the organisation's technology and digital roadmap while leading a multidisciplinary team across technology operations, applications and project delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

- Develop and deliver the organisation's digital and technology strategy aligned to business objectives
- Partner closely with the CEO and Executive Team to shape future technology investment and innovation opportunities
- Lead technology transformation initiatives and drive organisational change
- Provide leadership across three core functions:
- IT Project Management
- Software Engineering, Applications and Business Analysis
- Service Delivery, Infrastructure, Cloud, Networks and Security
- Drive continuous improvement, governance, cyber security and digital maturity initiatives
- Build a high-performing technology culture focused on collaboration, innovation and business outcomes
- Manage technology vendors, budgets, risk and service delivery performance

What you'll need to succeed

- Proven experience in a Head of IT,



Head of Digital, Technology Director or CIO-equivalent leadership role
- Demonstrated success developing and executing technology strategies, digital roadmaps and transformation programs
- Strong executive stakeholder management experience, including partnering with CEOs, Boards and Executive Leadership Teams
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across projects, applications, software engineering, infrastructure, service delivery and cybersecurity
- Ability to lead organisations through change and drive technology-enabled business improvements
- Strong commercial, governance and vendor management capability
- Exceptional communication and people leadership skills
