This rapidly growing Health & Wellness brand recently tipped into 9-figure revenue and is on the lookout for a Head of Growth. It'll suit a performance marketer from a DTC background who's managed a team but also happy to roll up their sleeves. It's a full-time, permanent position in Melbourne with hybrid working (WFH 2 days), offering $160-180k Super.

Requirements

- A senior performance/growth marketing leader with experience in a Direct-to-Consumer brand is essential
- Extensive performance marketing & paid media knowledge to manage and mentor an internal team of 4 digital marketers, an external Google agency and Meta/Google representatives.
- It's a startup so you need to be comfortable being hands-on with campaign delivery, jumping into the ad platforms to diagnose issues, ad hoc copywriting from time to time etc.




- Excellent communication & leadership experience with a commercial mindset, able to interpret EBITDA data and manage P&Ls;
- A self-starter who's comfortable in a hectic startup environment
