The Successful

Applicant A successful Head of IT should have:

- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and emerging technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.




- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- Effective communication and team management abilities.
- Capability to develop and execute strategic IT plans.
- Proficient in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and familiar with modern cloud, networking, and security architectures.
- Deep expertise across IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud platforms, enterprise applications, AI and automation and service delivery.
- Solid understanding of IT governance frameworks (ITIL, COBIT, ISO 27001) and regulatory compliance requirements across the Asia-Pacific region and beyond.
- Proven track record of building and developing high-performing IT teams, with experience managing across multiple locations or regions. What's on Offer - Competitive salary ranging from AUD 150,000 to AUD 180,000.
