Head of Marketing | Private Family Office | Multi-Brand Portfolio
A portfolio, not a lane
Most marketing roles hand you one brand and one channel. This one hands you a portfolio.
We're a private family office that owns and operates a group of companies across multiple industries, united by a commitment to sustainability, quality, and long-term thinking. What we can tell you now: the businesses are established and growing, and the scope of this role is rare.
The role
You'll own brand and marketing strategy across the full portfolio: setting the positioning, building the marketing engine, and leading a small team while staying hands-on yourself. You'll work directly with the principals and senior leadership, which means your ideas won't sit in a committee. Good thinking gets backed, and it gets backed rapid.
What you'll do
- Set and drive integrated marketing strategy across multiple brands, spanning traditional channels and the latest AI-driven approaches,
aligned to business goals and our sustainability story
- Build our senior leaders into recognised industry voices on LinkedIn: thought leadership that earns attention rather than buys it
- Own SEO, content, and paid media to drive awareness, engagement, and qualified leads
- Turn complex industrial and technical topics into content people genuinely want to read
- Lead and mentor the marketing team, and hold external agencies to a high standard
- Measure everything that matters, and use the data to get better every month
What success looks like in 12 months
- Each of our brands has clear positioning and a growing, engaged audience
- Executive LinkedIn presence has grown measurably in reach, engagement, and influence
- A disciplined marketing cadence is running: clear priorities, clean reporting, demonstrable ROI
- Messaging is tailored to
