This influential senior role will use market intelligence, sales and leasing data, and financial analysis to maximise project revenue, profitability and sales velocity. You will work closely with executive leaders and key business stakeholders to provide strategic pricing recommendations across current and future developments.

Key responsibilities

- Develop and maintain pricing strategies for off-the-plan and completed residential apartments.
- Prepare initial apartment pricing schedules for new project launches.
- Analyse competing developments, comparable sales, buyer demand and market trends.
- Recommend price adjustments, incentives and staged inventory release strategies.
- Develop pricing and sell-down strategies for completed apartment stock.
- Analyse demand by apartment type, floor level and price point.
