Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Health Safety Environment (HSE) Advisor based in Dalby, QLD. The HSE Advisor will be responsible for promoting and maintaining a culture of safety across the company. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting safety audits, providing guidance on health and safety compliance, managing environmental health and safety (EHS) policies, delivering safety training sessions, and working closely with teams to mitigate occupational health risks.





The role ensures all operations adhere to regulatory standards and internal protocols to uphold workplace safety and environmental performance.

Qualifications

- Proven experience and expertise in Health & Safety, Environment Health and Safety (EHS), and Occupational Health
- Familiarity with NEBOSH qualifications and auditing practices
- Robust understanding of regulatory compliance and workplace health standards
- Ability to conduct safety audits and implement effective safety protocols
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver training programs
- Dedicated to fostering a culture of safety and environmental responsibility
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in occupational health and safety, or a related field
- Experience in the drilling, mining, or resource sector is an advantage
