About the Role

We're searching for experienced, energetic and customer-focused baristas who genuinely enjoy hospitality and take pride in delivering exceptional coffee and service.

You'll work with premium equipment, a supportive team and a business that values quality, consistency and continual improvement.

What You'll Be Doing

- Preparing consistently exceptional espresso-based coffee.

- Creating high-quality matcha beverages.





- Delivering warm, genuine customer service.

- Maintaining an organised, clean and efficient workspace.

- Assisting with opening and closing procedures.

- Working collaboratively with our front-of-house team.

- Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards across front-of-house operations.

- Supporting a positive team culture.

About You

You'll ideally have:

- Previous specialty coffee experience.

- Strong milk texturing and latte art skills.

- Excellent customer service.

- A positive, team-first attitude.

- Reliability and professionalism.

- The ability to work efficiently during busy service periods.

- Pride in cleanliness, organisation and attention to detail.
